What does a middle school camp include?
- A comprehensive program on the path to becoming an athlete
- Utilizing the expertise of the sports institute
- The focus is on life management skills and growing as an athlete (including nutrition, rest, sleep, school, mental training, and time management).
Who is the middle school camp intended for?
- For 7st-9nd graders
- For ambitious young people who want to develop as athletes and footballers
- The athlete and family are expected to be ready to commit to a year-long project, meaning each of the four camps.
Practising
- At the camp, training is done 1-3 times a day under the guidance of sport or skill coaches.
- The camp also includes goalie training.
- Sports training is carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the Finnish Football Association.

Study
- During camp days, studying/tasks are done under supervision at the sports institute, 3 hours/day.
- Studying is carried out on a homework basis.
- You can also take tests during camp weeks.
Price 290€ /person / 3-day camp
- The full board price includes accommodation, breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner and evening meal.
- Extra night (Sun-Mon) + breakfast €45/person
- Material fee 10 €/person, charged at the first camp. Includes materials and camp shirt.
