What does a middle school camp include?
- A comprehensive start to developing as an athlete
- The focus is on life management skills (including time management, nutrition, rest, sleep, mental training and social life)
- Characteristic and sport coaching

Who is the middle school camp intended for?
- For 7th–9th graders of secondary school
- The athlete and family are expected to be ready to commit to a year-long project, i.e. to each of the three camps.
Practising
- The camp will be conducted as an individual camp. The camp will focus on:

- At the camp, we practice sports and characteristics 1-3 times a day.

Study
- During camp days, students will study/do homework under supervision at the sports institute, approx. 3 hours/day.
- Studying is carried out on a homework basis.
- You can also take tests during camp weeks.
Price 290€ /person / 3-day camp
- The full board price includes accommodation, breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner and evening meal.
- Extra night (Sun-Mon) + breakfast €45/person
- Material fee €10/person, charged at the first camp. Includes the Grow as an Athlete workbook, other additional materials and a camp shirt.

Camping is education under liberal educational work, which is regulated by the Act on Liberal Educational Work (632/1998).
