This weekend is dedicated to well-being, combining light exercise, walking in nature, body care, and mental exercises.
You will receive tools to stop, restore energy and find your own well-being. Forest walks, calming breathing exercises in the fresh air and listening to the sounds of nature will help you disconnect from the stresses of everyday life.
The Mind and Body Wellness course is the perfect choice for those who want to find balance and peace in the midst of a busy life.
The most important thing is that you are not alone on this journey.
Peer support, professional instructors, and a supportive atmosphere will help you succeed – in a way that doesn't feel forced but is genuinely rewarding.
