Do you feel like everyday life is taking you away and you have too little time for yourself? The Mind and Body Wellness course offers the perfect opportunity to take a breather and recover in the midst of a busy life.
This weekend is dedicated to well-being, combining light exercise, nature walks, body care and mental exercises. You will receive tools to stop, restore energy and find your own well-being.
The course will help you learn how to enjoy your own time without a guilty conscience and give you the tools to slow down, restore your energy, and feel content.

The program includes, among other things:
- Body care and relaxation: Guided body care classes where you can give your body the attention it needs and relax completely. During the course, you will also learn exercises that you can continue at home.
- Mental well-being: We dive deeper into the psychological resilience model and values work. These tools will help you face and accept everyday challenges and make decisions that support your own values and well-being.
- Nutrition lecture: Led by an expert, we will get a comprehensive overview of healthy nutrition. The lecture offers practical tips and information to help you make nutritionally sustainable choices.
- Outdoor exercise: Daily moments in nature give you a chance to breathe and enjoy the surrounding landscape. We move gently, so everyone can participate at their own level.
