The August light is soft and the air is already a little cooler. Nature slows down, and you can do the same.
This yoga weekend invites you to listen to your own inner rhythm – the pace of your breath, the messages of your body and the quiet thoughts of your mind. Gentle movement, forest meditation, silent hiking, sauna and evening sun by the lake create a space where you don't have to do anything.
During the weekend, we practice at a relaxed pace, listening to our bodies and without performing. The program is suitable for everyone – no previous yoga experience is necessary.

No previous yoga experience is necessary.
PRELIMINARY Weekend Program
Friday 7.8.
16:00–16:45 – Dinner
Arrival and peaceful descent into the surroundings.
16.45–17.30 – Course opening
We will use the themes of the course, awakening to our own rhythm and observing our body. We will do a short breathing and body awareness exercise. We will write down our intentions for the course.
17.45–18.30 – Slow bodywork & restorative movement At the beach pavilion
Easy exercises to do on the floor to release back tension and create breathing space. Long pauses are taken between movements.
18:45–19:30 – Sunset sensory exercise on the lakeside
Stopping and opening your senses in the middle of nature. Brief guidance at the beginning, middle and end of the exercise.
19:30–20:00 – Light evening snack
Saturday 8.8.
7:00–9:00 – Breakfast
9.15–10.00 – Morning opening movement & breathing at the Beach Pavilion
A gentle morning practice focuses on awakening the body naturally without a prescribed yoga sequence.
10.30–12.00 – Forest meditation & gentle forest movement
The practice takes place in a calming forest environment, where the focus is on being, not doing. The class begins with a standing and sitting forest meditation, where you let the sounds, smells, and space of nature guide you towards a deeper presence.
12:15–1:00 PM – Lunch
14:00–14:45 – Rest & restorative yoga
The focus of the class is on restorative poses, which are done completely effortlessly and against the support of the body. The practice allows space for the natural rhythm of breathing, and each pose is held for a long time to allow the body to truly let go.
15.15–16.45 – Silent hike & creative exercise
The class starts with a slow, quiet hike along a forest path. After the hike, we move to the beach pavilion for a creative section, where everyone can write or draw in their own time. The instructor will have all the necessary equipment ready, but you can also bring your own if you wish.
16:00–16:45 – Dinner
18.15–20.30 – Sauna, water & evening glow
Slow saunas, peaceful relaxation and the element of water. For those who wish, guided water meditation on the shore.
20.45–21.30 – Sound relaxation & evening silence
We practice relaxation with our own voice, utilizing the sounds of nature, and listening to various sound relaxation instruments.
SSunday 9.8.
7:00–9:00 – Breakfast
9:30–10:30 – Gathering morning yoga at the Beach Pavilion
The consolidating morning exercise serves as a gentle end to the weekend, bringing together the themes of the previous days in a calm and grounding way.
10.45–11.30 – End of the course & transition to everyday life
Voluntary exchange of experiences and a short take-home exercise.
12:15–1:00 PM – Lunch
