Ready for the season opening – golf camp for over 50s in Tanhuvaara

Do you want to start the golf season relaxed but prepared? Tanhuvaara Sports Institute will organize Golf camp for people aged 50+ offers an excellent opportunity to wake up your body and game for the new season even before the courts open.

The camp, which runs from Friday to Sunday, brings together golf practice, body care and pleasant company. We practice different aspects of golf indoors: hitting the net, honing our technique in peace and quiet, and focusing on smooth, economical play. On Saturday we also practice in the simulator In Savonlinna.

Versatile to support golf practice mobility, body control and muscle fitness exercises, which help prevent stiffness and make playing easier right from the start of the season.

Camp is suitable for all golfers over 50 years of age, regardless of levelThe most important thing is not the completion, but the good feeling, a confident start to the season and the joy of working together.

Equipment: Indoor sports equipment (clean golf shoes or indoor shoes), own golf clubs, swimsuit
