We offer a variety of water exercise classes, where everyone can find their favorite. The classes include varied movements, the rhythm of music and encouragement from the instructor – always safely and according to your fitness level.
Hydrohex – Virtual water exercise
Hydrohex turns your swimming pool into a virtual fitness studio.
The workouts are held in the water, but with a modern twist. Instead of a physical instructor, the workouts are led by a virtual instructor visible on large TV screens.
Hydrohex Fitness Classes
The exercises are scheduled and start automatically at different times.
Hydrohex Fitness Classes are divided into the following four categories: Hydrohex CARDIO, Hydrohex POWER, Hydrohex MOVE, Hydrohex BEAT
Hydrohex CARDIO
Hydrohex CARDIO is designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance. The interval training-based class challenges the heart and offers exciting, athletic movement variations, supported by energetic music and motivational guidance.
This workout helps you build fitness through running, jumping, and muscle-building exercises. At the same time, you'll build strength and endurance. This fun and exciting workout will make it easy to get back to class – again and again!
Hydrohex POWER
Hydrohex POWER is perfect for those who want to strengthen their entire body through water exercise. The focus of the class is on building muscle, increasing strength and shaping the body – the workout is effective and clear at the same time without complicated choreography.
The class includes circuit training, focusing on pushing, pulling and working with the resistance of the water. Energetic music keeps motivation high, and clear endurance sections ensure that the heart rate stays high throughout the workout.
Hydrohex MOVE
Hydrohex MOVE is a traditional aquatic exercise class that develops endurance, core strength and mobility – supported by the support of the water. The class gives you the opportunity to practice at your own pace with different variations so that everyone can succeed at their own level – regardless of whether you follow the music or not.
MOVE is perfect for restorative, low-intensity exercise, but works equally well as an effective workout at a higher level if you're looking for a greater challenge.
Hydrohex BEAT
Hydrohex BEAT is the perfect combination of rhythm, joy, and exercise! This dance-inspired class gives you the opportunity to shine with different styles and movements, while building choreographies that keep you energized and motivated.
BEAT focuses on big, fast-paced movements that strengthen both confidence and the body – with music encouraging and inspiring throughout the workout.

AQUA FIT&FUN
Do you miss a fast-paced ride to the beat of good music?
AquaFit is a fun and effective water exercise class that is sure to get your heart rate up and your sweat flowing.
The class alternates between muscle conditioning and aerobic sections.
You can develop both your respiratory and circulatory systems and your muscular fitness in the same hour, without forgetting mobility.
AQUATRAIN
An effective water aerobics workout.
The class will raise your heart rate with interval sections. The workout will take place both in shallow and deep water.
The class is suitable for fitness enthusiasts of all ages and sizes who are looking to challenge themselves. The purpose of the class is to develop endurance and muscle fitness.
AQUABOXING
A fast-paced and versatile workout, both deep and shallow, to the beat of the music.
During the class, you will increase your heart rate and strengthen your muscles using your own body and the resistance of the water.
AQUADEEP
An effective water aerobics workout. The class raises your heart rate with interval sections. The workout is a deep-dive water aerobics class.
The class is suitable for fitness enthusiasts of all ages who are looking to challenge themselves.
The purpose of the class is to develop endurance and muscle fitness.
