What Kunnonstartti 60+ includes?

Kunnonstartti 60+ is a fitness course aimed at seniors, where well-being and the joy of exercise are at the center.

Under the guidance of Tanhuvaara's professional instructors, you will improve your fitness safely, no matter your starting level.

The program combines diverse exercise, expert lectures, and health measurements that provide valuable information about your well-being.

€214 /person/period (3 periods, total €642)

  • Three 3-day course periods in Tanhuvaara
